What's the minimum order quantity?

Screen printing starts at 12 pieces per design. Embroidery, vinyl, heat transfer, and rhinestone work has no minimum — we'll happily decorate a single item.

Question 2

Can I mix garment styles, colors, or sizes in one order?

Yes. You can combine men's, women's, and youth cuts, and mix shirt colors, as long as the print design and ink colors stay the same. Pricing is based on the total piece count across the order.

Question 3

Can you match Pantone colors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send your Pantone references and we'll color-match inks for screen printing or thread for embroidery. We do recommend a press check for tricky brand colors.

Do you ship orders?

We ship nationwide. Local customers are welcome to pick up at our shop off I-90 Exit 387 in Hartford, SD.

Can you handle reorders of past designs?

Absolutely. We archive every approved order. Just tell us the original PO or invoice and we'll line up an identical reorder — usually faster than a new project.

How long does a typical order take?

Most orders ship in 10–14 business days from art approval. Larger or more complex jobs can run longer; rush options are available — call us and we'll do our best to make your deadline.

Do you offer rush service?

Yes — when our schedule allows. Rush fees vary by job size and timing. The earlier you call, the more options we have to hit your in-hands date.

When should I order spirit wear or team uniforms?

Accepted Answer

For back-to-school spirit wear, order by August 1. For spring leagues, order by March 1. Holiday corporate gifts should be in by mid-November.

What file formats do you accept?

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF with embedded vectors) are best. We can also work from high-resolution PNGs at 300 dpi at print size. Our team can clean up or redraw artwork for a small fee.

I don't have a design yet — can you help?

Absolutely. We offer in-house design assistance to take your idea from sketch to print-ready artwork. Bring inspiration photos, hand-drawn sketches, or just a concept.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every order includes a digital proof showing print placement, sizing, and colors. Nothing goes to press until you approve in writing.

Can I use a logo I found online?

Only if you own it or have written permission. We won't reproduce trademarked or copyrighted artwork without proof of license. When in doubt, ask — we'll help you find a path that's safe.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on garment, quantity, number of print locations, and ink/thread colors. Larger quantities drop the per-piece cost significantly. Use our Bulk Pricing Estimator on the Resources page for a ballpark.

Do you offer discounts for schools and nonprofits?

Yes — we work with many local schools, teams, churches, and 501(c)(3) organizations. Mention your group when you request a quote and we'll apply the appropriate discount.

Are there setup or art fees?

Screen printing has a one-time screen setup per ink color. Embroidery has a one-time digitizing fee per logo. Reorders skip both. Simple art tweaks are free; full redraws are billed at a flat hourly rate.

How do I pay and when?

We accept cards, ACH, and checks. New customers typically pay a 50% deposit at art approval with the balance due on pickup or before shipment. Established schools and businesses can apply for net terms.

How should I wash my printed or embroidered items?

Turn garments inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and skip ironing directly on the print or stitching for the longest life.

How long will my print last?

When cared for properly, our screen prints typically outlast the garment itself. Embroidery is even more durable — many of our customers get 5+ years out of stitched polos and hats.

What's the difference between screen printing and DTF?

Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh stencil — best for bulk runs and the softest hand. DTF (direct-to-film) heat-transfers a printed film onto the garment — best for short runs, full-color art, and tough-to-print fabrics.

Can I bring my own garments to be printed?

Accepted Answer

In most cases yes, but it's case-by-case. Customer-supplied garments can't be replaced if a misprint happens, and some fabrics don't accept ink or stitches well. Call before you buy.
